I have been doing lots of photo editing the last few days. Thought I would share this one.
How I did it:
CS4
Levels, slight adjustments
Coffeeshop Powder Room 2, eyes and skin low opacity
Saturation of reds just a tad to bring out all the lovely pink
Crop, the thumb is right at the lower left cross using the rule of thirds.
